Holy crap, those nachos are le HUGE. And as the entree? outRAGEous! I remember seeing a documentary on Texas and why it is home to 4 of the fattest cities in the world (Houston, Dallas, San Antonio and Fort Worth, though I think Detroit takes out top honours), and honestly I think I went semi-vegan for a week after being so put off by the amount of meat I saw. O_O

In Hong Kong I recall the tips being built into the final bill - there was a 10% 'service charge' added to whatever you ordered, and often it wasn't written anywhere but sprung on you at the last minute. Of course I was probably the only person in Hong Kong paying for everything by cash, so I was the only one who got puzzled looks when I handed over only 90% of what was expected.

Iced Tea sounds interesting - I've only hever had iced tea in Lemon and Peach varities in Hong Kong/Australia/Here, they tasted less of an authentic tea-ish taste and more of a soft-drink-compromise taste. It makes sense though in such a hot climate.

And Yay for boneless wings! And yay for me finally finishing this comment on a not-so-witty note!

We also found breakfast to be good option in Diners.

Did Vegas last year were amazed at what they have created there. Massive casino hotels each with own theme..very interesting. Crowds of people day & night...no winning though...but plenty of eating options!!!!You'll enjoy it I'm sure.
Also flew from Vegas to Grand Canyon....package included helicopter ride over canyon (great)& short boat ride as well.

Which diner did you go to?
I still prefer breakfasts there, toasted bagle with cream cheese... yum.

Okra... hmm... I have to say... I can eat it but I certainly don't like it. Mum said it's good for the stomach though... but yeah... battered and deep fried with seasoning + tomatoe sauce sounds like a better way of eating it :P

Those Nachos look nice too. Yes everything is in a crazy size, then they wonder why they grew so big...
