Heheheheheeehehehe!
I'm sure it wasn't funny at the time though. Being a Trainee intern I have seen a video of a bunch of Germans doing self-induced fainting (hyperventilating)as an experiment and saw lots of different reactions, and the body jerks that often happen after fainting look just like seizures!

Lara is one of my workmates. Once upon a time she was a graduate developer, now we tend to think of her as just another developer :)

I didnt think you'd weight enough for them to allow you to give blood?
I can't imagine if you go any more pale than what you are already?! Can it be possible???

:P

The last time I gave blood... a few hours later, I almost fainted while I was happily photocopying a textbook... scared the hell out of the shop owner... even brought out some candies for me. *roll eyes*
Since then I haven't been brave enough to go back...

Meanwhile I remember back in high school, giving blood was no worries. Just looking at the needle, keep pumping the blood out and watch the bag gets filled up...

My brother on the other hand... they put the needle in, not much blood came out, then his body somehow managed to suck the blood back in. In an all boys school, he got hassled so badly about that... He then started working out... he said give me 3 years... I will show you how much blood I have.

So even till now, he goes to donate blood on a regular basis... and he's really proud of it.. finally being able to give blood :P

Anyways :)
I suppose I better get back to work :P
